It looked like the target deliberately cut off the two men shooting at him to make them crash. Then he continued to maintain control of his bike for several feet prior to falling off, so thus wasn't killed immediately (as would likely be the case with a successful head shot). I'm wondering, did the story confirm that he indeed eventually died of his wounds?
