2 Hitmen on a Bike Shoot & Kill a Biker Before One Dies by Police Bullets
Colombia, April 4. Two gunmen on a motorcycle shoot and kill another biker but police was nearby and fired at the hitmen. One of them died by police bullets.

I think they were just stunned, like bank robbers bursting into a bank to rob it, only to find they burst into a police station instead; these cops came from out of nowhere.

thats what happens when the bad guys just talk about how they are going to execute a plan; but never really try to rehearse for effectiveness, and discover some really bad flaws in the plan, with rapidly developing, negatively impacting cirucumstances that are not favorable.
