Happens all the time in the Philippines, where I lived for years. "The brakes failed suddenly"  Of course they never check the brakes, never do any maintenance, don't have any sort of annual inspections etc. Plus they all drive like cunts!!   |

trucks and busses have AIR BRAKES. poorly maintained systems are very prone to failure. if the system had lost its ability to keep air, there would be no HORN either because it works by AIR.  |
