2 Dead After Hostage Situation in Brazil
This happened earlier today (Sept 4th) at Cathedral Square in San Paulo, Brazil. A man has taken a woman hostage and was shot dead by the police. A good samaritan in blue also died from being shot in the chest.

Friday, September 4, 2015 - 16h12 Shooting on the steps from the Cathedral left a homeless person and the suspect dead in downtown Sao Paulo, Brazil. The accused filed a women in the Church and attended Mass with her. The couple began to argue and, outside the Cathedral, the man made victim a hostage . A Church security guard, realizing that the man was armed, waited till he leave the building and closed the front door of the Cathedral. The accused shot the homeless man who tried to help hostage. The police, in turn, shot the boy. Both died on the spot and his wife was injured. There was a great rush. The priest came to ask people who were inside the church to don't panic. They left the place by the side doors. A TV news drone filmed what happened. |
