not that she shouldn't be punished....but people that are raped..whether it be a woman..man...boy...kid...whatever..that stays with you mentally the rest of your life. everyday....forever...thats some ptsd shit...you can't just erase the awfulness of it..so at least he's dead and can't rape anyone else

Well put. That her accomplices in the murder would back up her story of being "raped" by the victim is hardly surprising. They are trying to justify their role in the killing. If the rape actually occurred the proper course of action is to go to the cops with whatever evidence or witnesses you have. The fact that this didn't occur is highly significant, to put it mildly. People who want to believe the rape story can, of course, come up with excuses why she didn't go to the cops, but this would be speculation.
