When are people going to learn that if you run and even infer you have a gun you are going to get shot. It's no use people moaning saying the cops didn't know for sure that he had a gun, he inferred that he did by reaching in his waistband...now he's dead...and he did have a gun.

Honestly it's pretty sad you have to name drop infamous serial killers/rapists and mass murderers. Basically all I see is you admitting is the most successful violent criminals are white. Serial killers have always existed across all races; yet they didn't really become known in the public eye until Scotland Yard(formally the best police force in the world) pursued Jack the Ripper. As long as white countries stay on the forefront of criminal investigations; we are naturally going to arrest more individuals even if the crime rate is identical.

Also some governments deny serial killers exist. Both China and Russia contended that Serial Killers were a product of capitalism for a long time.

Do you know how the system works? The police don't investigate themselves in police shootings. Or at least the department doesn't investigate itself. Every state has its own state FBI. That will investigate police shootings, or the Sheriff's department will investigate the police department, or the State Police will investigate the Sheriff's.

And on top of that all video and evidence is turned over to States attorneys and the victims attorneys.

A cover up would be hard to accomplish these days. I'm sure back before cameras being everywhere, and forensics being what they are today. Police planting guns and such happened. But in today's America it would be extremely difficult to pull off. So much light is put on these shootings.

I was explaining some of the potential causes of a disparity in statistics. I imagine if I brought up the crime rate of blacks and how obscene it is; you would say the statistics don’t tell the whole story. It goes both ways jackass.
