Well, given that he was running AWAY, I think this is overkill. I DO respect law enforcement; just not the bad apples who are trigger-happy. Do you justify putting a man in the pen and throwing away the key, if he cusses at an officer? Is calling a cop a "jerk" equivalent to shooting at him? Officers are not above the law, nor are they meant to be. Worship of authority is a sickness, that too many Americans are afflicted with. |

he could have spun around and opened fire. there are videos of exactly that. dumbass had his hand on what appeared to be a gun, even if it was through clothing and he was just keeping it in place instead of drawing it... it is unreasonable to require cops to only open fire after a gun is pointed at them. and it is extremely reasonable to assume 1)these thugs had weapons, and 2)these thugs wouldn't hesitate to kill anyone who disraspek dem. |
