I'm here in the Springs and this is playing non-stop on local news. Protests have already started. Look, I'm all about law enforcement (Dad was a cop), and I actually am felon myself, but the cop pulled out his gun way too fast. Especially when the perp is running AWAY from you. Assault w/ deadly weapon and carrying said deadly weapon, it's the reason he ran. Even if he was white it would have had the same result. If he wasn't guilty.. he wouldn't have run. Vid clearly shows him reaching for his waist while running as well. Only AFTER that did the cop shoot. Shooting was 100% justified. |
