He must of had a combination of ginko, vicopene, ginseng, a 16 oz. red bull on an empty stomach with low potassium in his system, this may have caused a tachacardia which caused him to pass out due to low oxygen, a simple defibulator, beta-blocker or ativan shot along with a potassium/sugar iv would have saved his life...
