Actually he was not dead when he hit the ground. His heart's rhythm go f'ed up and stopped working. It was not a situation, as in the case of a vascular blockage, of the heart tissue being destroyed, just the firing. I believe (layman here, so go easy) that if the people who attended to him when he fell had performed CPR until the EMTs got there to kickstart things again, then he might have been saved. Anyone else had the same thought? |

Combination of the vitamins and stimulants could have triggered a fatal arrhythmia. Electrical conduction abnormalities can't be found during autopsy because it doesn't affect the actual structure of your heart.
