Re: 18 year old teenager Crashes Car Killing Sister + Aftermath
There was nothing she could do for her sister. I know different people react differently to death. Even on this site, some people seem unaffected by a death in front of them and eithers can't control their grief. She will live with killing her sister.

Re: 18 year old teenager Crashes Car Killing Sister + Aftermath
What we're seeing in this video is generational narcissism, plain and simple. To the social media whore doing the filming, this is something that "happened" to her, as opposed to something that she directly did to her sister. I see people like this all the time nowadays: The world revolves around them, and none of the bad shit that happens in their lives could possibly be due to their own shitty decisions. They're aware of the kind of shit that happens to others who make those same decisions, but they're so hard-headed and ignorant that they can only learn the hard way. Then, when they *do* fuck up royally and have to pay for it, suddenly they're such a better person because of all of their struggles. This is the same kind of bitch who will talk up all of the "hard times" she had to go through over killing her sister, but she'll make it sound like she was a draftee surviving Vietnam instead of a moron who was doing moron things, and then somehow she'll think of herself as being better than people who never went through the same shit because they were never that stupid in the first place. And y'know, I shouldn't even call it "generational," because I've lost count of all of the stupid people I've met who are older than me yet still think and act exactly that way. It's what happens when shitty people double-down on narcissism as a defense mechanism to prevent themselves from having to face what a shitty person they are, and the echo chamber of social media only further enables their stupidity. |

Re: 18 year old teenager Crashes Car Killing Sister + Aftermath
I hope, for future mankind's sake, that her reaction only portrayed the actions of someone who is seriously mentally fucked and is actually unable to convey true emotion. Maybe, just maybe, she has severe autism... But then again, autistic people are not so self absorbed. I find myself taking a step back, wondering what the actual fuck is wrong with her??? The absolute truth is, none of us will ever know what was going through her mind. We have the gift of wisdom and common sense to never have to deal with such tragedy. This is exactly what pop culture is creating. Of course snap-chatting while driving drunk is stupid. Either alone is a douche bag move. But the mentality of teens these days thwarts their already - misconstrued perception that every decision, no matter how important, leads to a temporary repercussion, if its not the right choice. Basically, there is no wrong way to live life, and ego cares if you cause your sisters death? She's an angel in heaven now, watching over you and will help you get out of jail. (That was actually posted on Instagram by her friend). There are zero consequences, no remorse. This is a basic emotion, something gifted to only one animal on this earth... And it is slowly being taken away, which leaves us as nothing but animals. The true decay of everything that sets us apart. |

Re: 18 year old teenager Crashes Car Killing Sister + Aftermath
she is high as a kite - she has no chance of displaying normal human emotion she is an absolute arsehole for driving in that condition, and deserves everything negative she gets for it, but her reaction may have been totally different if she wasn't under the influence |
