Re: 16 Year Old Has Heart Attack
You just havent kept up with healthcare and medical standards. This new method, slightly different from CPR, is now named CPF. At first they did away with the breaths are recommended only chest compressions but in the age of Obamacare it has become too expensive to care for the patients. The new system of Cardio Pulmonary Fanning ensures the patient not become overheated as they expire, reduces litigating from broken ribs, and saves money for the government in aftercare. They have called this a much cooler system for treating patients...go government health-non-care!
