This type of thing has happened more times before than people realize. Heart attack, Brain aneurysm, etc. When it's your time to go.... Sad, though.  |

Taekwondo is the most retarded of the martial arts.. i remember in school we had 2 kids from my group taking classes and one was winning tournaments... I beat the shit out of them both. Sad for this fella ..but he would have passed one way or the other as at 16 heart attack means he was a goner already. |

At the split second of the start of the clip, it looks like he had just come out of some kind of stretch routine. May have started right then. Sometimes a heart attack isn't all that painful, but a discomfort similar to indigestion, until you just fall over dead.

the participant was taking a medication to lose weight, which could cause an adverse reaction in his body as he was already weak before the punching started.
