It can be gifted. Where the kid screwed up is that he had it concealed and the age for That is 21. With mitigating circumstances, it'll be a misdemeanor with time served and probably two to three years probation, some community service. Depends on the judge.

Nuts. All that violence to protect a little bit of cash. Dude didn’t even have a weapon looks like. Shop owner could have easily shot and killed the other patron that was trying to help. Igggh. That dude must’ve been on PCP or something to be able to run with his face falling apart. Horrible.
