Looks like he only suffers with acne on this particular part of his face. I think they are destroying the sweat glands to ensure pimples no longer form much like roaccutane does in pill form but without the side affects. But then what the fuck do i know?/  |

yeahhhh get that shit out, wtf are they using? he's sticking the thing in and you can see an electric arc in the hole? also, I wish they wouldnt wipe away the meat like that cos they're wiping it back into the holes? hope he has a good wash with some anti bacterial stuff afterwards, if he's got a face left |
