For some reason I was taught never to pop one on your forehead or the bridge of your nose...something to do with if it gets infected there are too many blood vessels in your scalp and the infection could spread to your brain.

I don`t know what that laser is they are using on that kid, but it`s not only opening the zits, it`s also destroying the collagen under the skin, which will make scars. A blackhead you can squeeze, because it`s sebum and firm, but never mess with pustules or pimples with pus, as the pus also destroys collegen, but only if you pick at it. Let the pimple heal and go away on it`s own and you won`t get scars.
