From what is in the news about the failing health care system of UK this seems pretty normal now.

Apparently reading comprehension is also no longer something UK citizens can do since "hanging limply" would imply that the bone is not set. Since it is LIMP. As you can see from the photos the bone bends several different directions. It is plainly not set.
