What's wrong with her nose? I wish her hair wasn't in the photo on top of right breast - difficult to see what's going on there. It almost looks like she's attached to nails with nose-ring & tongue-ring. All the nails are superficial except for the two disturbing ones thru the middle of each breast. But what's the most disturbing to me is that if those two are the same height, then one has impaled into her sinus cavity. Since her hands are secured behind her back, it's possible that she reacted to that pain and tried to remove it with her mouth? The activity in this photo seems to have crossed the line from BDSM play into sadistic and misogynist injury. Hard to tell, maybe not. But her nose is huge, for sure.
