She was a weak minded addle brained enabler. She was in denial and could not face facts. The house was foreclosed and the government got him a new house special made with special chairs and beds and equipment just for his massive blubber. Then they continued to feed him even more than before and his weight further ballooned. So he had surgery and now he is sueing the UK medical services. Maybe he should of sued his mom? JTOLH. |

One of the worst thing is this arsehole is threatening to sue the NHS for letting him get like that!  Edit: Just noticed the link above. Its reasons like this twat that the NHS has no spare money and can't afford to give life saving medicine to people who suffer through no fault of their own! |

The NHS was set up by the government. The fact that the NHS refuses life saving service to the truly needy and squanders resources and funds on slobs is the doing of the people who wrote the laws and ultimately the responsibility of those who elected these people. So the real fault lays with the people themselves who somehow believe that providing a free service to the lazy and irresponsible will not invite the very abuse you condemn. People are what they are and if allowed there are always those who have no sense of shame, ethics or personal morality and they will abuse a system that invites them to do so with liberal socialistic laws. Let the people pay for thier own medical services and learn to rely on themselves. I would rather have a few unfortunately helpless people suffer and die than punish an entire population by forcing those who work to pay for the services of those who refuse to help themselves. If anyone feels such a moral burden to help the poor then let those people give of thier own resources to help those who need it the most. |

Are you directing your comment to me? I work on the Bonnehomme Richard and no only do we all climb the 70 steps up the wing wall of the floating drydock but once on the ship I must walk up a two story ramp and then up one ladder just to get to my work area. Then for breaks and to communicate with my work partners I must several times a day climb down and then back up another flight of stairs just to make sure we are on the same page. Then to use the porta potties I must go up another two story ramp to get to the flight deck. And back down again. Last week in one day I not only did this about 4 times but also had to make a quick run to the dry dock to pick up a fresh wire feeder and bring it and the gun back up with me. Ya you can't be addressing me. But feel free to write that fat guy a letter. Or give him a call. I am sure you can do better than his mom.

Sympathy is not the word... However some of this is not this guys fault. Food addiction, believe it or not is just like crack addiction or heroin addiction or any other drug. This man CANNOT stop eating. The things he put his family through suck sure but if he cannot stop then he cannot stop. Now if he REFUSES help and wats to just eat himself into a piano size grave then that makes him a selfish prick but to say that this guy deserves this or that hes an asshole for being huge is just idiotic. This man for the most part cannot help what he does.

Actually it would be more efficient to just use liposuction and then boil the fat and filter out the impurities. There is a recipe for bio fuel and I am sure a car could go for several hundred miles on this guy.
