Fake, or at least the "before" picture is. Those two people look SO different than the ones in every picture afterward. Look how different the guy in the first pic's nose is (EVEN accounting for facial changes due to the tumor growth, it's just not the same nose at all). The girl's mouth looks very different too, and she also looks several years older than the girl in all pictures afterward.
