Index Finger is Sliced Off by Power Tool for Being a Thief
A video circulated this Wednesday afternoon (28), which shows an alleged purse thief being punished by the crime court. According to information, the video was recorded in southern Brazil. The attackers use a marble saw to cut off the individual's index finger.

More towns and cities in the USA should be doing the same damn thing!! You want to steal, rape, beat people up, beat your woman or your man?? Just start giving up body parts lowest crime to highest determine what body part you loose and your head is on the list!!  But you have to admit, that guy didn't scream out or jerk around when they cut that finger off, 4 times, and he must have some points for that!!
