She probably does NOT think she looks fine. Most people with anorexia or other eating disorders have body dysmorphia and no matter how skinny they get, they still see themselves as overweight & disgusting.
Well, she looks pretty proud in the video, posing with a smile and showing off.

God, at that low of a weight, I’m sure she has neuropathy, hair loss, and her heart is on the verge of giving out. And I bet she thinks she looks fine.
Fuck am I glad I kicked my eating disorder as a young adult. It really is either recovery or death...
