I am positively astounded at the size of that thing, I am an avid enjoyer of all manner of pimple popping and related stuff and have seen tons of them. "A dilated pore of Winer is a benign adnexal tumor characterized by follicular differentiation. Most commonly occurring on the head and neck, it may also present on the trunk, particularly in middle-aged and older individuals. Clinically, it appears as an asymptomatic, solitary, enlarged pore filled with a keratin plug, with the surrounding skin remaining normal. Since these lesions are benign, no treatment is usually required unless for cosmetic purposes, where excision can be performed.
