A lot of us nurses and MDs from the hosp would volunteer to run a free clinic (OB/Gyn) in Chicago when I lived there. You can only imagine the kind of horrors we saw every week. One lady had a "tummy ache". Got her in the stirrups and realized her uterus had fallen out. She walked around with it hanging from her vag for almost a week.

OK! That is up there with one of the nastiest things I've ever heard! Too bad there is no photo.

I had a female gyno telling me stupid shit women do, i.e.; inserting suppositories with the foil coating, which has to hurt, but, wondering why the medicine wasn not working.

Leaving diaphragms in for months and the same with tampons, until someone complained about the odor! Jesus Christ!
