You can get thrush in the throat from asthma inhalers, or at least my doctor gave me an antibiotic once, just in case, but, the culture came up clean for it.

I also have an amalgam tattoo from dental work in the very back of my mouth years ago.

I use an aero chamber, which children do, too. Sometimes they use them until they can use the inhaler properly after the nebulizer used as infants and toddlers.
