You don't need to install an extension. YT has a built-in autotranslate feature.

Ok. Don't know though if it's always available & consistent, hence the recommendation for the plugin.

I'd love to see the translator have a go at turning that from "Dutch" into English You've got the man speaking a mix of heavily accented Dutch and Sranang Tongo, and Mrs Pumpkin head could do with a few elocution lessons too.
