The woman popped the kid just like that in a waiting room of a hospital. The kid fell on the floor surrounded by a big splash of blood and got picked up after 5 minutes by a male member of staff who took it away.

I hope they won't charge her for the staff member for picking up the baby and her laying on the waiting room bench... Knowing them, they'll charge a "handling" fee because he held the baby, a "clean up & sterilization" fee for the mess she made on the floor, and a "room & board" fee because she's sprawled out on the bench.
