Have you seen that movie 'Skins'? Every single person in the movie has a different deformity and one of the girls has a butthole for a mouth. If you haven't seen it I would really recommend it. I checked out Skins, aka Pieles, and can confirm that her mouth does indeed resemble a butthole. I gotta say you got some interesting taste in movies though, because just the trailer was hard for me get through.
