Back in December of 2014 in Manengole, Central Africa a woman cut off her 3 year old son's genitals in a sadistic blackmail effort against his father.

The 30 year old mother of four is said to be epileptic and lives with her mother.

The reason given for the act was that she said the father of the boy and her other children refused to pay her bride price and thus needed to do something drastic.
