How did they find the baby alive? She must have buried him and then ran to tell someone. How long can a newborn survive breathing in dirt, 10, 15 minutes? |

I don't think that baby was buried alive. I think it was hidden in the woods. Its what it looks like to me anyway. A baby can survive about 5 days without food and minimal water. They have stores. The fact it was still attached to the placenta "lotus birth" would have given it even more of a chance. Sad very sad. |
