My first tat started to get infected...went to the doctor and he told me that I was allergic to the ointment they gave me. Started putting A&D ointment on it and it was fine. I have a little scarring on it but it isn't noticeable.

People don't realize that tattoos need to be washed and kept moist or it's going to be infected. I've let my fair share of tattoos get infected, but never this bad.

the really scabbie ones are because of dull needles.. seen it to many times. ALWAYS make sure the needles they use in the tattoo machine are brand fucking new. if you're going to pay a couple hundred bucks for some ink, then the least that can do is open up a 5 dollar pack of needles.

 that sux! especially the people who got the big tattoos A good tat artist will do a great job and tell you how to care for a fresh tat but people could also be allergic to some types of ink too tho but at least some of them have some cool looking scarification going on now |
