Re: X-ray Of A Dog With Tapeworms
It looks better when they decide to leave the dogs body! I had a dog once who was running around like his ass was on fire! we held him down and fuck a fucking duck!! He had like 3 feet of worm hanging out of his ass and who knows how much more up there! That poor dog, we fed him a bottle of worm med's and I didn't read the directions and gave him to much! I thought he would die but damn that was one tough fucking dog! That sucker is 17 years old today and still gives me dirty looks!

Re: X-ray Of A Dog With Tapeworms
What most of you are commenting on isn't the worms; it's the air-contrast radiograph of the actual intestine and stomach that you are seeing. The ribs overlaying the stomach from beneath the patient and the rugae of the stomach itself are also giving the false impression of there being "giant worms" in the stomach. If there are any worms in that patient, the worms at the resolution of the pic would be impossible to see. What can be clearly seen is two solid foreign bodies in the descending colon. It's likely this patient presented for lower bowel obstruction... which could possibly due to a heavy burden of worms, but looking at the silhouette of the patient being rather in good body score condition, it's not likely. |
