my great grandmother died at the age of 85 and had smoked from being about 15 friend of mines uncle was told to stop smoking due to health problems, 2 days later dropped dead due to stress caused from trying to quit and he was only in his 40's its a funny world |

It doesnt matter how many you smoke.You can end up like him.Im a smoker as well.I have been wanting to quit.I think this has sealed the deal.Im quitting

sadly its just the way life works isn't it, one minute your alive and the next you are dying or dead already another friend of mine had an uncle who died from lung cancer in his early 40's. Didn't drink or smoke his entire life my sisters ex, plays rugby, eats healthily and goes to the gym and is athletic. Not on of those who takes it too far but he just likes to keep in shape Few weeks ago he had a stroke Thankfully he is still alive and recovered but it just shows you how random life is |
