I think the first baby may have had either Treacher Collins Syndrome, apert syndrome or a facial cleft all are survivable but they left the poor sweet child laying there while the filmed and talked smh. The second video I know the baby had anencephaly I think she only live a year. Nicholas Coke had the same condition and lived till he was 2 even though most of these babies only live hours after birth most of the time sometimes days depending on the severity of the neural tube defect.

That was clearly a hospital. With qualified staff around. So where was the duty of care? Any act of compassion towards this poor child should have been expected, rather than standing around chatting and filming. It probably is best that the baby died in the long-run, as life would have been hard; but to stand there and do nothing. Grrrrrrr!

I agree the first baby looked like treacher-Collins. Second baby possible microcephaly or Zika baby. Either one pitiful and sad.
