The person is intersexed - with ambiguous genitalia . It is an extremely variable condition - sometimes only chromosomal or internal so there are people who are intersexed and may not even know it . More people are born intersexed than with Downs Syndrome .

That is amazing. Well if they can turn a man's genitals into a women's and vice versa, I am sure they will have no trouble opening her up sculpting her outer labia and no one will know the difference.
