Damn never seen anything like that. I had to do community service when I was still in school down at a homeless shelter, and saw shit kinda like this before though. Not as bad, and more in the crook of the elbow. Looks like it went septic, usually addicts get to the ER when the first few lesions show up and get that shit taken care of.

He prolly won't die though. People who prove to be the least valuable to society always end up being the ones that are hardest to kill.
