I checked off a few of the causes from Kelly’s list. My biggest vice is my diet being absolute garbage. Lots of ultra-processed meats. Surprisingly, I only had the one flare-up, in 1998.

Exactly the same here, too much processed food and beer, only had the one flare up though back in 2018, was absolute agony, had it in my ankle, it swelled up to the size of a childs football! Been on the alopruninol ever since and been fine. Nice Yamaha BTW  |
