Fungating cancer is awful, breast tumours tend to grow out of the skin and smell real bad, gel metronadizole is prescribed to deal with bacteria and stop the odour

Who knows why it was left so long, could be no access to healthcare, or maybe she had a child to take care of.

Either way, I say she's a trooper. A lot of people would have killed themselves way before it progressed this far.
