Re: Ulnar Nerve Release Surgery
A couple years ago I had this surgery on both my elbows. Interestingly, my left arm was significantly worse than my right and I'm right handed. I'm starting to develop some carpal tunnel in my left hand, also. I still go a little numb when I sleep, because I sleep on my arms but it's nowhere near as bad as it was.
