My mom had a tummy tuck several years ago because she had so much loose, hanging skin on her belly from being hugely pregnant 3 times. All the cardio and crunches in the world couldn't get rid of skin and she was so upset about it. Now she looks pretty damn good! The doctor took before and after pics, but unfortunately we didn't get a copy.

Most of them barely made a difference..just too much mass besides the belly..even then..just really didn't make a difference, like 1-4 inch difference..all that for recovery time, pain/discomfort...oh..not to mention it will set you back around $3,000-$20.000 depending who you go to..

Some women will still have loose, sagging skin no matter how much they exercise and eat healthy. After pregnancy, certain skin types end up with huge stretch marks and the skin has no elasticity anymore. The skin just gets looser as you lose weight, so the only way to get rid of it is a tummy tuck.

hanging stomaches should be surgically fixed because fungus can develop under the folds. its a hazard.
