Treatment of Soft Tissue Necrosis
Treatment of soft tissue necrosis on the leg, caused by compartment syndrome. Patient, 83, apparently got his leg stuck in the hinge of his recliner’s footrest. The resulting bruise turned into this.

Looks like purpura from poor circulation. Maybe diabetic.
