A young Engineering student sustained traumatic amputation of his right forearm in a rail traffic accident. Patient and the amputated part were transported for possible replantation. But unfortunately there was no possiblity of replantation.

After debridement it was decided to salvage the elbow so that prosthetic rehabilitation of the patient could be better.

I worked on RR for 10 yrs and they are no joke,i saw a train going 5 MPH hit some bozo and lets say he was buried in3 days,i got my hand shut in a door of a stone train closed only by the strength of another person and it crushed my tendon so bad a hand surgeon from france was flown in to fix my tendon,15 yrs ago and and still hurts when I play my bass today,THEY ARE NOTHING TO FUCK,FOOL,PLAY OR JOKE AROUND W/ ! avoid at all cost I lost 2 childhood friends and 1 while working with the co.
