Looks to me maqybe medically done,to clean for drug rotting I think the teeth would be bad also.
I sniffed coke for 10 yrs and added dope to it for the last 5 years ("speedball")then went to the spike ETC...point being is my WHOLE left nostril is COMPLETELY collapsed,when I tilt my head back you can see one side is"normal"while the other side is totally flat.
BUT on the flip side almost 12 yrs clean and shit like this keeps it fresh in my mind.
