The guy with them on his neck, YEARS YEARS back when I was a troublemaking asshat...
In county jail they had posters warning of MRSA everywhere...wash your hands, wash your hands, wash your hands or look like this etc..

Guy with the neck pustules..he was on one of the posters...lol

And while I was there...was like every other day someone was getting sent to medical isolation due to having MRSA/staph infections... More reason to stay out of trouble...

They made them use dial soap and bleach to shower with, and then they had the cleaning guys from work release come in and bleach the shower stall. Fuck that noise.....

Looks like armpit on 4th pic. Neck skin at upper left corner, so that'd be left hand.
