My fiancee is living about an hour from there (Callao is ground zero) for 8 more weeks until we both move to Colombia. It scares the shit out of us. It's totally lawless and they kidnap kids and women to use in brothels and do the same type of shit to them when they try to escape.

The commentary from the other guys is about as sociopathic as I've ever heard. After they cut his tongue off they tell him to put it back in his mouth and suck on it. After they cut his fingers off, the same sociopath says "Without a tongue, they don't talk with my (???) You understand? Without a tongue they don't talk with my (???)." The first time around it sounds like he says hand (mano) but the second time it sounds like he says mother (madre). It's probably another word that I'm unfamiliar with.
