Yes, as was displayed in the video I posted. You can either get to the area using this procedure from lower left or right quadrant without hitting a organ.

What I love is that after stuff like this all you get is a tiny bandaid. I had a spinal drain for 3 days, which is similar to an epidural but it drains spinal fluid, and they sew a catheter into the spine. After they took it out they just slapped a tiny bandaid on it. You would think that if something was going into the spine they would do more to keep it from getting germs or something in it.  |
