Preterm stillborn, 27 weeks of pregnancy. Notice the skin slippage, bullae and collapsed skull - sadly this kid had been dead for awhile. Maybe a knot in the cord. Well, that or the parents didn't want a girl (if it even was a girl). I was a 24 weeker (mom's cervix rage quit  ) but I got lucky and was born in a first world nation with top notch care and neonatologists at the ready.
