My sister-in-law refused to let either my nephew or my goddaughter use one, she was afraid of what it would do to their teeth. And, once again going back to my love of all things weird TV, there was a show called My Strange Addiction, and this 20-something woman was addicted to sucking her thumb (while simultaneously holding up a piece of her old security blanket so she could smell it at the same time......) |
