A man lost his life after jumping from an elevated water tank in Mexico on Saturday evening.

It was the neighbors who reported to the authorities that a man had climbed onto the elevated tank and when the emergency services arrived there and observed the man at the top of the tank.

One of the Civil Protection officers went up and tried to talk to the man, however, he refused to listen and unexpectedly threw himself into the void and ended up hitting the pavement.

The paramedics immediately provided him with medical attention, however he no longer had vital signs.
