Stoma and Colostomy
Here are some pictures. Some healthy with or without full bags, some necrotizing, some prolapsed. I can imagine it's no fun living with this. Feeling ashamed by the looks of it or by the noises it makes. ![]() ![]() ![]() |

En la colostomia se utiliza lo que se llama la Bolsa de Bogotá y más que nada sirve para atrapar las colecciones purulentas que escapan del intestino y se forme una septicemia, además son personas que muchas veces no evolucionan de forma satisactoria y siempre van a usar de la bolsa, además cada cierto tiempo requieren un lavado en quirófano porque esas secreciones huelen muy mal.

In the colostomy is used what is called the Bogotá Stock Exchange and mostly serves to trap the purulent collections that are beyond the gut and form a septicemia, are also people who often do not evolve in a manner for successfully and will always use the bag every so often also require washing in the operating room because they smell bad secretions.

My son was born without an anus and his first year he had one of these until they could go in a surgically make him one. He no longer has it but will never have normal bowel movements. Pissed me off was that the doctor or nurses never showed us what it was going to look like and when i first saw it i damn near passed out.
